1 Introduction and Definitions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable after it has been wagered 15 times.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be received once.
• A specific time limit may apply for completing a bonus.
• Some games played with bonus funds may not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash — they may only be used in games.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the conditions have been met.

The rk44 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated each week and paid out subject to the VIP terms and conditions.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on rk44 are conducted fairly and transparently. Ensuring fair play for all players is our top priority.

• All bets are final and cannot be changed once a game has started.
• Invalid results caused by a technical error may be declared void.
• If there is any ambiguity regarding the rules of a game, rk44's decision is final.
• rk44 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruption.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

rk44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to submit verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 6 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

Funds held in a legitimately closed account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment method, unless an investigation directs otherwise.
